We encourage interaction among our residents and promote positive self-esteem regardless of one’s limitations and disabilities. Because of our small size, we are able to meet individual needs and maximize the quality of our residents’  lives.

Backed by years of experience caring for the elderly, the Duymazlar Family knows how to make their residents feel at home. Their warm, caring staff have more than 100 years of combined experience and are always available to provide personal assistance for both respite and long-term residents.

Rosewood Manor is a beautiful historic building, with a grand staircase, built-in fireplaces, and over 20 chandeliers! The Manor features 16 private rooms, a common living room, dining room, and kitchen. We also have outdoor gardens and sitting areas. There is access to an elevator for non-emergency use, and our security, fire, and sprinkler systems meet all life safety regulations. We are located near Somersworth, Barrington, and Lebanon with many wonderful local shopping areas and are close to an emergency medical care center for your total peace of mind.

All of our residents of our retirement home enjoy weekly laundry and housekeeping services. While not required, we do encourage our assisted living residents to make their beds, tidy their room, and pick up after themselves daily to keep them involved, active, and to reinforce a feeling of self-worth.

Medication Supervision

Take solace in the fact that at Pine Hill Retirement Home, we can care for your loved one efficiently with our medication supervision. Our highly trained staff will take care of your loved one’s medications, making sure they don’t miss a needed daily dose.

Private Rooms with a Personal Touch

While we provide residents with common rooms for playing games, watching television, and socializing, we understand that our residents may also want private time. We aim to make each resident feel right at home by surrounding them with comforts they know and love. Each resident’s private room is furnished with the resident’s personal belongings. The private rooms allow our residents to relax in total comfort and privacy. We offer shared rooms for those who want to room together. Cable TV is provided!

We provide a variety of in-house activities, but we also provide our assisted living residents with many other out-of-house activities. This allows your loved one to “hit the town”. Our residents take day trips to local shopping areas, and can even take relaxing car rides. We celebrate birthdays and holidays, share festivities with local schools, Girl Scouts troops, and church groups. With a little something for everyone, our retirement home residents are sure to never feel bored.

Indoor and Outdoor Living

Our retirement home facility in Gonic, NH has outdoor areas to give your loved one a breath of fresh air. Our residents can enjoy outside time on the porch or in the yard. We provide seating for all of our residents outside, so your loved on can take a walk outside if they like, or take a seat and soak up the sun.

In addition to a variety of Enriching opportunities in our residences, there are many physical and psychological benefits to outings in the local community. We have two buses now, meaning that our residents will have lots of opportunities to get out and about!
